4. Third-Party Service Integration

Our App allows you to connect your databases, Slack, and Google Sheets to create and manage workflows. We only access, read, and store metadata from your databases and create the necessary spreadsheets for output purposes. We send messages to your Slack channels but do not store any information in between. Our Large Language Model (LLM) systems automatically generate SQL queries to execute on your databases, and we only send the output to you without storing any intermediate information.

We implement robust security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information and connected services. Data Retention: We only retain Google user data collected via Google APIs for as long as it is necessary to provide you with our App's functionalities. Our retention of your data is strictly connected to its purpose of use, as outlined in Section 3 of this Privacy Policy.

Deletion of Data: Users have the option to delete their connections to third-party services, including Google Sheets, databases, and Slack, directly through our App. Upon deletion of these connections, we promptly delete all associated tokens and data we have received through these connections. This ensures that your Google user data is not retained in our systems once the connection is terminated.

Process for Deletion: To delete a connection (like google sheets, slack, database) and its associated data, users can navigate to the connectors page within our App and click on three dots on each connector, which will show option to delete connection. Following the deletion request, all related data, including tokens and any stored Google user data, will be permanently removed from our systems. For deleting information that we obtain at time of google account login like name, profile picture, drop a mail to zingleaicatalogue@gmail.com.

Security Measures: We employ robust security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information and connected services data. However, we advise users that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is entirely secure.
